A: “Mrs. Sims, she always creates a safe space in her classroom. I always feel safe and supported by her.”
Q: Who has offered you the most useful school advice, and what was it?
A: “My sister Rose offered me the best advice. She told me to be 100% myself even when it can be scary.”
Q: What career path are you interested in pursuing in the future?
A: “In the future, I want to be an accountant. It’s always interested me, and I currently am a staff member at a firm, and I really enjoy it.”
Q: Do you have any embarrassing or funny freshman-year stories?
A: “In freshman year I fell up the stairs three times in a row on the T steps during passing time. It’s super embarrassing looking back on it because of how many people were there, and I still cringe at it to this day.”
Q: When are you at your happiest?
A: “I am happiest when I’m with my friends. Anything from trying new foods, making TikToks, or just driving around. There’s no way I can feel negative when I’m around them.”

A: “What impresses me about them is their willingness to do anything. I have also admired how authentic they are to everyone around them.”
Q: If you could add a class to Berkley High School, what would it be?
A: “I would add American sign language to our class lists. A lot of people already take it virtually so it makes sense.”
