Q: What has been the biggest difference for you between being an underclassman and an upperclassman?
A: The biggest difference for me has been the freedom in scheduling. When you become an upperclassman, you have more control over your schedule, and you can pick and choose classes that fit your interests.
Q: What career or colleges are you looking into?
A: I’m interested in Michigan State University and the University of Michigan, since I want to get into accounting, and they both have really good programs.
Q: What is your favorite part of being a student at Berkley?
A: My favorite part is that most of us have gone to the same school since elementary, which creates awesome relationships between students.
Q: What is one goal you want to achieve during high school?
A: I want to keep an unweighted 4.0 GPA while taking hard courses.
Q: What is your favorite after-school activity?
A: My favorite thing to do is run for the track team since it is engaging but also relaxing.
Q: What are your favorite restaurants in Berkley?
A: My favorite restaurants are Republica and El Patio, because they are both walking distance from where I live and both are very good.
Q: What is one piece of advice you would give to future BHS Students?
A: One piece of advice I would give is to do what you want to do and not hyperfixate on what colleges you may attend or what other people think of you.
