Zoe Zaltz, Editor-in-Chief
Hello everyone! My name is Zoe Zaltz, I am a senior, and I am honored to be one of the Editors-in-Chief on The Spectator staff this year. Three years ago, I was initially drawn to journalism because in this class we are able to write creatively and without boundaries. Due to the freedom we are granted when we join The Spectator, I have been able to write articles ranging from a column on gun control to an article about stuffing on thanksgiving. Another one of my favorite aspects of being on staff is getting to know my fellow classmates on a deeper level than in a normal class; the structure is very collaborative and makes for a great place for personal connections to be made. Now, here are a couple facts about me– I have a twin sister, I’m passionate about cooking/baking so I started a food blog on Instagram called @brunchesoflove, and I love all types of music! I am looking forward to getting to know the new staff members and to go out with a bang for my senior year!
